MONTROSE PHARMACY is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing policies. They will also be responsible for determining merchandise and services to be sold, developing marketing strategies, and resolving customer requests and supply shortages. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of pharmacy operations and be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations. They will also be responsible for supervising 3-4 people and have 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff and assign duties
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold
- Implement price and credits policies
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- 35 to 40 hours per week
Working Conditions:
