Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Eagle Heavy Duty Parts Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
  • Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory
  • Establish work schedules and prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely manner
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Accurate, client-focused, flexible, and a team player
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The work environment is fast-paced, and you will be required to work under pressure.
