Tuo Fa Industries Equipment Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to oversee daily operations, strategic planning, and team management.

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in supply chain logistics, purchasing, and warehouse management. The ideal candidate will have a college or CEGEP education and possess excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assigning projects and programs to purchasing and warehouse departments, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Coordinating buying, selling, and distributing materials across various channels, optimizing inventory levels and streamlining logistics processes.
  • Evaluating daily operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Planning and controlling budget and expenditures, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Reviewing purchase orders and contracts, negotiating with suppliers, and authorizing specifications for products or services.
  • Hiring, training, and motivating staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Developing and implementing purchasing policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Overseeing cost and quality evaluations, ensuring that all purchases meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Authorizing specifications for products or services, ensuring that they meet the company's needs and requirements.
  • Managing contracts, agreements, and partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Reviewing and processing claims against suppliers, resolving disputes, and taking necessary actions to protect the company's interests.
  • Overseeing data analysis and report preparation, providing insights and recommendations to senior management to inform business decisions.
  • Advising senior management on supply chain strategies, opportunities, and risks, providing expert guidance and support.
