Provider File Processor

Job Summary
The Provider File Processor plays a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of provider referrals within our time service. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process workflow and webform referrals in accordance with established guidelines.
- Validate provider eligibility by conducting thorough investigations, including telephone contact with providers and relevant regulatory bodies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider information on our database.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Strong keyboarding skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Well-developed customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients.
- Bilingual French/English is an asset.
