Responsibilities:
The Bookkeeping Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Skills:
- Computer skills: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, QuickBooks.
- Accounting knowledge: financial statements, trial balance, accounts payable and receivable.
- Communication skills: efficient interpersonal skills, judgement, reliability.
