Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team at 102709 PEI INC. As a Construction Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, and assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Pave and rake asphalt, and assist in demolishing buildings.
  • Perform routine maintenance work, clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, and direct traffic at or near construction sites.
Work Environment

As a Construction Helper, you will work in a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks. You must be able to work in a team and have excellent hand-eye coordination.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train on the job.
