RBC Dominion Securities Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Wealth Management Specialist to join our successful Advisory Team in Waterloo.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to develop and implement wealth management strategies for clients, working closely with our Investment Advisors to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings and events for Investment Advisors, ensuring seamless client experiences.
  • Provide proactive client service, resolving issues efficiently and maintaining accurate records.
  • Respond to client inquiries, following up on progress as required.
  • Collaborate with advisory teams to build and execute business plans, client segmentation, and service plans.
  • Identify opportunities among existing client bases for asset consolidation, referrals, and other growth initiatives.
  • Co-manage client acquisition pipelines, working with teams to close new opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Centers of Influence through ongoing management.
Requirements
  • Approval as a Registered Representative (RR) with CIRO.
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH).
  • University degree.
  • A self-directed individual with a growth-oriented mindset, strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Estimated Salary Range:

$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
