Job Title: Tire Changer

Alaska Highway Rescue Ltd. is seeking a skilled Tire Changer to join our team. As a Tire Changer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our vehicles by performing tire changes, repairs, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Change tires, including mounting, demounting, and balancing
  • Repair and maintain tires, including patching and plugging
  • Perform routine maintenance on vehicles, including oil changes and lubrication
  • Assist mechanics with repairs and maintenance
  • Operate heavy equipment, including forklifts and cranes
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
Work Environment:

Our work site is a non-smoking, dusty, and noisy environment. You will be required to work in confined spaces and be willing to relocate for this position.
