Security Guard St. Joseph's Care Group Facilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard to join our team at St. Joseph's Care Group. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide proactive and reactive security patrols and response to incidents.
- Display excellent customer service skills and be able to work with people who are under stress or in need of medical assistance.
- Perform a variety of preventative and reactive duties, including interior and exterior patrols, and provide security escort services as requested.
- Accountable for keeping accurate logs and notebook entries of all shift activity and calls for service.
- Investigate and follow-up on incidents, and write accurate reports upon completion.
- Diploma in Police Foundations, Protection Security & Investigations, Border Services, or Criminology is preferred.
- Valid First Aid and CPR Level C Certification.
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
- Immunization Record (measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and TB skin tests 1 and 2).
- Proof of double COVID-19 Vaccination.
- Proficient in English, both written and oral.
- Vulnerable Sector Check.
