Retail Store Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Management Professional to join our team at Farm Boy Inc. in Ontario, Canada. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Job Description- Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in achieving business objectives, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring efficient inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling procedures.
- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and promoting Farm Boy's values and products.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting teamwork and communication.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A post-secondary degree or equivalent experience in business or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of progressively responsible retail management experience, preferably in the perishable food industry.
- Solid knowledge of retail industry practices, food products, and quality standards.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a high level of performance in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits, including health and dental insurance, RRSP matching, and paid time off. This role also offers opportunities for professional growth and development within our dynamic organization.
