About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Rope Access Technician to join our team at Prostar Painting and Restoration Ltd. As a Rope Access Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks at heights, including painting, repairing, and maintaining structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work at Heights: Perform rope access work at heights, including painting, repairing, and maintaining structures.
  • Confined Spaces: Work in confined spaces, including ducts, tanks, and other enclosed areas.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate power tools and hand tools, including drills, saws, and grinders.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to complete tasks and projects.
  • Safety: Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in rope access work.
  • Certifications: Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) Certification.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in physically demanding environments.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
