Meat Processing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Meat Processing Specialist to join our team at Sheik Halal Farms. As a key member of our meat processing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality and safety standards in the processing and preparation of meat and poultry products.
Key Responsibilities- Slaughter livestock and remove viscera and other inedible parts from carcasses
- Cut beef, lamb, pork, or veal carcasses or sides or quarters of carcasses into primal cuts for further cutting, processing, or packaging
- Remove feathers and singe and wash poultry to prepare for further processing or packaging
- Cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial, or other wholesale use
- Remove bones from meat
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a meat processing or packing plant
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and stand for extended periods
