About the Role

March Networks Training is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of IT and Project Management to lead our business automation efforts and drive growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and vision for our IT infrastructure and project management practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Strategy and Vision: Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives growth.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Business Automation: Design and implement business automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing IT team, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate IT-related risks, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure optimal service and support.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including GDPR, PCI DSS, and SOC-2.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: At least 10 years of leadership experience in IT, including new product development and implementation.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, including VMware virtualization, IaaS, Cloud backup, and Disaster Recovery.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to drive business growth through IT initiatives.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
