Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Corporate Policy to lead our team in developing and implementing technology strategies that drive innovation and efficiency in our Group Benefits business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive technology strategies that align with our Group Benefits business goals
  • Collaborate with Group Benefits Product Partners and Directors of Engineering to implement technology solutions
  • Align technology strategy, plans, and implementation with Group Benefits business goals
  • Identify and exploit internal best practices to improve technology assets
  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of technology professionals
  • Coordinate technology aspects for the Group Benefits unit and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks
  • Establish operating and investment budgets within the Group Benefits financial goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, management of information systems, or equivalent
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to communicate complex technical issues
  • Confident presentation and facilitation skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver actionable recommendations
