Leading a Thrift Store Team
We are looking for a Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Savers / Value Village. As a key member of our store leadership, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team members.
About Us
Savers / Value Village is a leading thrift store chain with operations in the US, Canada, and Australia. Our mission is to champion reuse and inspire a future where secondhand is second nature. We supply our stores with gently-used, one-of-a-kind items that have been donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations.
Your Role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, including supervising team members, managing inventory, and maintaining store appearance. You will also contribute to sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
