BURNCO Rock Products Ltd is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team as a Concrete Mixer Truck Driver. Reporting to the Area Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality concrete products to our customers while ensuring exceptional customer service and safety standards.

About the Role

  • Operate a Ready-Mix truck in urban areas and tight construction sites, ensuring timely and safe delivery of concrete products.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and operate the company's fleet of concrete mixer trucks.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment at our locations and surrounding areas.
  • Learn and adhere to our company's safety protocols to execute work safely and efficiently.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Class 1 or 3 CDL (with air brake endorsement).
  • A safe driving record with a clean commercial Driver's Abstract (minimum 5 years).
  • Experience operating a concrete mixer truck is an asset.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine equipment maintenance.
  • City driving experience and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and short notice.
  • Ability to successfully pass our pre-employment testing.
