Payroll Supervisor

KAD Consulting Services Inc is seeking a skilled Payroll Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and Coordinate Payroll Activities
- Plan and execute payroll schedules, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee payments.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and resolve payroll-related issues.
- Manage Payroll Data and Reports
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including employee data and payment history.
- Prepare and submit regular payroll reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Train and Support Colleagues
- Provide guidance and training to colleagues on payroll procedures and policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of payroll-related processes and procedures.
- Ensure Compliance and Accuracy
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to payroll.
- Verify the accuracy of payroll data and reports to prevent errors and discrepancies.
- Education
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in payroll administration or a related field.
