Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities to meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events and special occasions.
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen activities to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and service.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques to stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer preferences.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of Japanese cuisine.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to supervise and train kitchen staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English language.
- 35-40 hours per week.
- Permanent employment.
