Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Vape inn Cigar & Smokes. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and processing transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Process money, cheques, and credit/debit card payments
  • Scan items and receive payment for goods or services
  • Suggestive selling to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Greet customers and provide a welcoming environment
  • Weigh produce and bulk foods, and assist customers with self-checkout
  • Verify the age of customers when selling lottery tickets, alcohol, or tobacco products
Work Environment

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to stand for long periods, bend, and crouch to perform tasks.
