About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Fire Protection Systems Installer to join our team at SAVVY FIRE PROTECTION LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain sprinkler systems, including installing sprinkler heads and mounting prepared pipe in supports
  • Select, measure, cut, ream, and thread pipe to ensure proper fit and function
  • Connect piping systems to water mains, supply tanks, pumps, compressors, and control equipment
  • Install clamps, brackets, and hangers to support piping systems and fire protection equipment
  • Service and repair sprinkler systems, including testing for leaks and cleaning and maintaining pipe units and fittings
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to required shape and size
  • Remove and replace worn components and reactivate systems
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the field
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in wet/damp environments
  • Valid driver's license
