We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sales Director to lead our sales team at the Downtown Hotel Collection. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with key clients.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve their goals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activity
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
