Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at Atlinco Holdings Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Prepare tax returns
  • Prepare trial balance of books
  • Reconcile accounts
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
