We seek a Full Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions as part of our cross-functional team responsible for the full software development life cycle.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • Work collaboratively to build digital applications integrating with ML solution solutions for users.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers in technical expertise and leadership for ML projects.
  • Implement and optimize ML models for high availability, scalability, and performance in production environments.
  • Conduct code reviews, participate in technical design sessions, and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ML models and data pipelines.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Provide strategic input into project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in software development with extensive experience in machine learning.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
  • Strong programming skills and experience writing clean code in languages like Python, Java, or similar.
  • Experience building digital applications using Django or SpringBoot frameworks.
  • Experience with data handling, preprocessing, and pipeline development, including proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Strong understanding of security architecture and data privacy regulations.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • A passion for simplifying and automating work, making things better, continuous learning, open-ended problems, efficiency, and helping others.
  • Experience in the banking domain.
