Job Overview

As a DC Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the North American growth of our brands and contributing to the expansion of our DC operations. This leadership position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to foster a positive work environment and promote high levels of productivity.

We are seeking an experienced professional with at least 3 years of leadership experience in a large-scale distribution centre. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of DC operations, including storage methods, powered mobile equipment, and material flow.

About the Role
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all SOP's related to department operations and ensure staff are properly trained and supervised.
  • Conduct daily briefings with department staff to communicate expectations and special projects or circumstances.
  • Manage resources through scheduling, approving vacations, and reallocating staff as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and departments across the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Leadership experience of 3+ years in a large-scale distribution centre.
  • High school diploma or equivalent skills obtained through previous work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of DC operations, including storage methods, powered mobile equipment, and material flow.
  • Excel, Outlook, Word, and working knowledge of WMS principles.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
