Executive Culinary Manager

Zenbu is seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Manager to lead our kitchen operations. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in culinary management, leadership, and team development.
About the RoleAs an Executive Culinary Manager at Zenbu, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision. You will work closely with our culinary team to create innovative dishes that meet the highest quality standards.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can build strong relationships with our staff, customers, and suppliers. A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask are essential in this role.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $ $$60,000 - $80,000 per year$$, depending on experience, plus opportunities for bonuses and career advancement.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement menus that meet customer demands and preferences
- Manage inventory levels and ordering to minimize waste and optimize costs
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Monitor and control food safety and sanitation practices
- Collaborate with our events team to develop customized menus for special occasions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our culinary offerings
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 5 years or more of experience in culinary management or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
