Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at CANUS ADVISORS LTD. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that sales goals are met, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are equipped to meet sales targets
* Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise
* Establish work schedules and supervise the activities of workers
* Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
* Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that stock levels are optimal
