Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Creative Impex Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordination and Organisation: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Reporting and Maintenance: Prepare and submit reports on warehouse activities, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure that the warehouse is adequately staffed and equipped to meet the needs of the business.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that orders are fulfilled efficiently.
- Accessibility and Inclusion: Provide physical, visual, and auditory accessibility accommodations to ensure that all employees and visitors have equal access to the warehouse.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in programs that support the settlement and integration of newcomers and refugees, and assist with their immediate settlement needs.
- Support for Youth and Veterans: Participate in programs that support youth employment and Veterans' transition into the civilian workforce, and offer mentorship and training opportunities to support their development.
- Support for Indigenous People and Visible Minorities: Participate in programs that support Indigenous people and visible minorities, and offer mentorship and training opportunities to support their development.
