Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team in a key role that will involve designing, developing, and delivering measurement solutions for clients in the life sciences and healthcare analytics space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement measurement solutions that meet client needs
- Analyze complex data sets to identify strategic alternatives and optimize media opportunities
- Develop and maintain reports, presentations, and workshops for clients under the guidance of the team lead
- Ensure data accuracy and quality before delivery to clients
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
- 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in pharmaceutical marketing
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Strong background in data analysis and insights based on KPIs
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in a quantitative field
- Knowledge of digital media, both HCP and DTC
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
- Familiarity with patient-level data
- Effective time management skills
