**Job Summary**

FactoryFix is seeking a skilled PM Mechanic to join our team. As a PM Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems to identify and resolve issues.
  • Repair and replace equipment as needed to minimize downtime.
  • Lubricate and diagnose equipment to prevent breakdowns.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with other team members to complete tasks.
  • Document maintenance activities and parts usage.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

**Requirements**

  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Mechanical System (CMMS) and experience with HMI's, work orders, etc.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
  • Experience managing people and projects.
