Dental Hygienist Role in a Dynamic Dental Clinic

**Job Title:** Dental Hygienist
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team at MCA Dental, Eastboro Dental Clinic. As a key member of our dental hygiene department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our clinic.

**Key Responsibilities:
- • Identify dental hygiene treatment plans according to individual patients' needs, ensuring optimal patient oral health outcomes.
- • Use best practices for infection control, including while processing instruments and treatment rooms.
- • Conduct baseline and routine assessments, including full mouth charting, probing, and oral cancer screening.
- • Develop and implement dental hygiene treatment plans, including patient-specific preventive dental care (scaling, prophy, fluoride etc.) as required.
- • Educate patients by providing oral hygiene instruction, plaque control instructions, and postoperative instructions as needed.
**Requirements:
- • Diploma or Degree in Dental Hygiene.
- • Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing with the CDHO.
- • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- • Friendly personality who works collaboratively with a team.
**Salary & Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including 100% employer-paid health benefits and a yearly uniform allowance.
