Employee Experience and Well-being Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Experience and Well-being Consultant to join our team at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in supporting the well-being and experience of our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement programs and initiatives to enhance employee well-being and experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver employee engagement and well-being initiatives
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to inform program development and evaluation
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers on employee well-being and experience-related matters
- Stay up-to-date on best practices and trends in employee experience and well-being
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Health Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in employee well-being, workplace wellness, health promotion, and/or Human Resources
- Superior interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Experience using Human Resources/Payroll Systems and database reporting
- Strong human relations skills and ability to interact with employees in a unionized and non-unionized environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
- Experience using computerized Human Resources/Payroll Systems and reporting software preferred
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and corporate email
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a confidential setting independently and under time constraints
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills to proactively problem-solve
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leaders and employees
- Competitive salary range: $42,748 to $50,291
