Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Driver Trainer to join our team at Johnston Equipment. As a Driver Trainer, you will be responsible for managing driver training orders, coordinating with sales reps and trainers, and ensuring all customer data is up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and process driver training orders for audit purposes and compliance.
  • Manage trainer calendars, confirm sessions, and reschedule as needed.
  • Coordinate travel runs for distant location clients and submit expense requests.
  • Process credit card transactions, package and ship materials, and maintain customer data.
  • Assist with training record inquiries, import data, and create reports.
  • Communicate with internal and external clients, reps, and supervisors as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Jabber, and Concur.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
