Materials Control Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Materials Control Coordinator to join our team at Innomar Strategies. This role is responsible for managing the inventory and returns process, establishing operational policies, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inventory and returns process to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Establish and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with warehouse departments to configure slotting tools and optimize storage configurations
- Plan and coordinate inventory moves to maximize operational results and minimize costs
- Manage item categories and ensure accurate storage placement for hazardous materials
- Track and report inventory adjustments, cycle counts, and returns
- Collaborate with receiving team to resolve receiving errors
- Identify and evaluate projects to improve inventory management and ensure sustainability controls
- Review and analyze monthly short-dated items and quantity on hand
- Initiate destruction requests and manage open slots for new SKUs
- Assist in hiring, terminating, and performance management of associates
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or supply chain management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and work independently
- Knowledge of ABCC internal processes and slotting software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
