About the Role
The Manager, International Regulatory Affairs will oversee all aspects of international regulatory affairs for Jamieson Laboratories. This includes preparing and maintaining regulatory submissions to various international government regulatory bodies.
This position requires regular interaction with international sales and marketing, S&T areas, and customers, necessitating a dynamic individual who can seamlessly integrate regulatory requirements with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the assembly and tracking of registration dossiers in a timely and accurate manner
- Motivate and lead the International Regulatory Team
- Support corporate and departmental objectives by ensuring regulatory projects are completed correctly and on time
- Develop, maintain, and monitor processes to help the department meet performance targets and efficiency goals
- Identify creative solutions for overcoming international regulatory challenges
- Identify new opportunities for International sales within the regulatory environment
- Review ingredients/formulas for alternate markets based on regulatory requirements
- Review technical documentation generated from internal and external sources for international registrations
- Review international labels for compliance
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Biomedical Science, or an appropriate Life Science from an accredited post-secondary institution
- Significant experience registering natural health products in international markets
- Highly skilled in reviewing, assessing, communicating, and presenting scientific research
- Outstanding capacity to manage time, staff, and multi-faceted projects
- Other language fluency an asset
