We are seeking an experienced Strategic Philanthropy Manager to join our team at AFP Golden Horseshoe Chapter. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with donors to advance the chapter's fundraising priorities.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement strategies to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors, creating a robust portfolio of philanthropic partners.
  • Create tailored fundraising materials, including proposals, impact reports, briefing documents, and presentations, to inspire donors to make multi-year commitments.
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team, physicians, staff, and volunteers to develop meaningful stewardship opportunities and foster strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a business plan and budget for your portfolio of donors and contribute to the development of the team's overall plans and pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage competing priorities effectively.
