Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Physiotherapy Specialist to join our interdisciplinary team. As a key member of the ACH site-wide PT Services, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, family-centered physiotherapy services that meet clinical standards of practice.

You will be responsible for assessing, treating, and coordinating care for patients aged 0-18 years across our site, including ambulatory programs, clinics, and inpatient units. Your expertise in pediatric development and conditions, as well as your experience working in pediatric rehabilitation, will enable you to provide comprehensive care that addresses the diverse needs of our clients.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with healthcare providers, patients, and families to develop and implement effective rehabilitation strategies, promoting optimal physical function and independence. You will also contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in peer mentoring and supervision of students.

Your exceptional communication skills, combined with your ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited university program
  • Current registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
  • Minimum 1-5 years of relevant clinical experience in pediatric rehabilitation
  • Knowledge and experience in musculoskeletal and pain conditions, neurological conditions, and transition support
  • AADL authorization required for some services
Estimated Salary:

$62,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
