About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Management Specialist to join our team at Global Excel Management Inc. As a Content Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the consistency, efficacy, and impact of our customer-facing content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement content strategies to support business objectives and customer feedback;
  • Prioritize content updates and refresh existing content to ensure relevance, accuracy, and alignment with industry best practices;
  • Transform technical content into engaging and audience-centric content;
  • Establish evaluation protocols to quantify content efficacy and impact;
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure translated content meets business objectives and audience needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field;
  • Five years of experience in content management or a related field;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and seek internal validation and feedback;
  • Experience overseeing translations and managing multilingual content;
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French (written and verbal); other languages are an asset;
  • Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
