Opportunity Overview

A challenging and rewarding opportunity exists for an experienced Oncology Account Executive to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a key member of our commercial sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and executing brand strategy in the field.

About the Role

This role requires a strong clinical background within the pharmaceutical industry, with a minimum of three to five years of experience in a Specialty Sales role. The successful candidate will have in-depth scientific and therapeutic knowledge in hematology-oncology, as well as experience working with healthcare providers (HCPs) in the treatment of hematological malignancies.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with HCPs and other stakeholders. They will also be able to think strategically, analyze data, and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets and execute brand strategies in the field to drive business growth.
  • Develop Account Plans: Create robust account plans to execute brand strategies and deliver sales performance.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with HCPs and other stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence: Continuously build understanding of customer and patient needs, territory landscape, competitors, market segments/dynamics, accounts, diseases, products, and clinical expertise.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three to five years of experience in a Specialty Sales role with a strong clinical background within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • In-depth scientific and therapeutic knowledge in hematology-oncology.
  • Experience working with HCPs in the treatment of hematological malignancies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and analyze data to drive business outcomes.
Benefits
