This role will play a pivotal part in shaping our ESG strategy, ensuring that our CSR initiatives and ESG performance metrics are accurately and timely reported to stakeholders. You will be responsible for monitoring developments in sustainability regulations and reporting standards, embedding ESG disclosure requirements in operations, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation and publication of ESG disclosures, including sustainability reports, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Oversee the collection, validation, and analysis of ESG data from internal departments and external sources.
  • Develop robust data governance frameworks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify data ownership and develop a data collection process.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of ESG policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sustainability leadership experience, including cross-functional collaborations and ESG reporting.
  • Excellent working knowledge of current sustainability reporting and disclosure requirements and trends.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple reporting cycles and deadlines.
  • At ease working autonomously and with a wide range of stakeholders, with strong influencing skills and credibility.
  • Data management and process development/deployment skills.
  • Bilingual - able to write and communicate fluently in both French and English.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, based on experience, location, and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes annual bonus, generous paid time away, pension plan, collective saving opportunities, and industry-leading healthcare.
