Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver groceries in a fully equipped van, ensuring timely and efficient service to our customers.
  • Collaborate with the online shopping team and customer service center to resolve customer service recovery situations.
  • Meet operational standards for the Online Shopping Department, ensuring high-quality service and efficiency.
  • Operate the delivery vehicle safely, adhering to road rules and regulations.
  • Maintain the delivery vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and roadworthiness.

Requirements:

  • A valid class 5 BC driver's license and a clean driver's abstract.
  • Experience in a customer service-related role.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • The ability to lift up to 40 pounds and use a smartphone to navigate.
