Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Crossbridge Immigration Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear priorities and deadlines.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating and planning for office services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Resolve conflict situations and monitor and evaluate office operations.
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail is essential.
