- Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Perform various clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist guests with special needs, providing personalized support and attention.
- Contact guests to deliver requested wake-up calls, ensuring timely and accurate service.

Requirements:
