Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Assistant to join our team at the First Nations University of Canada. As a Janitorial Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our campus facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for students, staff, and faculty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine cleaning duties, including disinfecting and sanitizing washrooms, vacuuming high-traffic areas, and emptying garbage and recycling bins.
  • Restock paper products and cleaning supplies as needed.
  • Assist with special events and projects as required.
  • Report any maintenance or security issues to the facilities team.

Requirements:

  • Grade 10 education or equivalent.
  • Up to six months of janitorial experience.
