Role Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to oversee all operational aspects of our Ottawa warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective logistics operations, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and leading a team of employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations at the site, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities. Ensure all operations are conducted efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of employees, including warehouse staff, drivers, and administrative personnel. Foster a positive and productive work environment by providing clear direction, feedback, and support.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure all site operations comply with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage the site's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations. Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Requirements:

We're looking for a results-driven individual with a strong background in logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the logistics industry.

What We Offer:
