Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at RS IMMIGRATION AND CONSULTING SERVICES. This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 months of experience and a secondary school graduation certificate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
  • Answer electronic enquiries and compile data, statistics and other information.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain filing systems.
  • Record and prepare minutes of court sessions, meetings or conferences.
  • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents.
  • Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
Work Environment

The Office Coordinator will work in a hybrid environment and be part of a team that supports newcomers and refugees. The ideal candidate will be organized and have excellent communication skills.
