The Great Lakes College of Toronto is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and faculty. Your duties will include arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as recording and preparing minutes of meetings and other events. You will also be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, answering telephone calls and relaying messages, and overseeing the preparation of reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents, and planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations. You will also be responsible for using Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and SharePoint to perform your duties.
Requirements- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
