Administrative Operations Coordinator

The Woodfibre LNG Project is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Based in Squamish, BC, this role will play a crucial part in the smooth operation of our Vancouver office and project site.
As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for performing various administrative duties, including preparing reports, managing confidential information, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure will be essential in handling multiple tasks and ensuring the efficient workflow of our operations team.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a minimum of 5+ years of directly related experience. You should have proficiency in Office 365, MS Teams, MS Visio, Share Point, Docu Sign, Adobe Acrobat, and internet searching tools. Experience working with large multi-disciplinary teams and contractors in a multicultural environment is an asset.
A competitive salary of $**85,000 - $110,000 per year** reflects your value as a key member of our team. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
