Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute business development campaigns to identify new prospecting opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Prepare and present client proposals, investment recommendations, and service agreements.
- Track and manage client relationships through our client management system.
- Collaborate with advisors and total wealth specialists to deepen client relationships through total wealth planning.
Requirements:
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven individual.
- Experience in sales, relationship, or account management roles.
- Experience in the securities industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional client service skills, providing a professional and respectful experience.
- Investment Representative (IR) or Registered Representative (RR) license with CIRO.
