Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers and technical leaders, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation that drives business objectives.
  • Align technology initiatives with business goals, establishing and maintaining development standards and best practices that promote efficiency and quality.
  • Manage technical debt and drive adoption of DevOps practices, ensuring seamless delivery of projects.
  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve development processes, staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
About the Team:

You will be part of the Retail Digital Delivery team, comprised of dynamic colleagues who share a passion for customer experience development and proactive collaboration.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in web development, including approximately 3 years in technical leadership, in the following technologies: Java, Spring Boot, Maven, React, and TypeScript.
  • Demonstrated expertise in DevOps tools (Git, Docker, CI/CD) and cloud services (AWS).
  • Strategic vision and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to structure and document complex ideas effectively.
