About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Business Development Manager - Customer Success to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Job Description
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling of SAP solutions.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues.
  • SAP Solutions: Knowledge of SAP solutions and their applications in various industries.
